50 Cent and The Game are at it again!

50 Cent and The Game are back at it AGAIN!!! The longstanding feud between 50 Cent and The Game has been going back and forth for over 15 years as both MC’s have dissed each other numerous times through music, interviews and plenty other outlets.

The beef between both 50 Cent and The Game started in the media when 50 Cent dissed Fat Joe and Jadakiss for doing a song with 50’s enemy Ja Rule. The Game, while doing an interview in New York decided to state to the public that he would not be supporting his fellow G Unit member and boss in the beefs because of his respect for the two MC’s.

Once 50 Cent heard of the interview and what was said, he decided to kick The Game out of G Unit live on air during a Hot 97 interview with his fellow G Unit artists Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and also DJ Funk Flex.

The Game caught wind of 50’s words via a fan on the radio while doing his interview and things quickly escalated as he decided to go to Hot 97 and address 50 Cent for his words.

Allegedly, guns were drawn, and a member of The Game’s entourage was shot in the leg and later arrested and sentenced to jail time for his involvement in the matter.

Since then, the feud has been ongoing, heating up and cooling down at times as both rappers have agreed to resolve the issues several times, only to continue to diss each other on separate occasions.

As recent as a few years ago both rappers met in an L.A. club, where they could be seen talking and airing out their differences, ending with a reconciliation for both parties.

That situation is no longer at peace as The Game has fired shots at Eminem, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent on his most recent album “Drillmatic”. The Game named this diss “The Black Slim Shady”, mainly focusing on dissing Eminem, but also throws jabs at 50 Cent for no longer being relevant in music anymore and dares 50 to speak up in the matter.

The Game has been very vocal about 50 Cent in the past year, speaking about the G Unit boss during numerous interviews while promoting his new album. He’s praised 50 at times, while mostly dissing him many times.

The Game stated that he would give 50 Cent majority of the credit for launching him as a superstar artist in his prime and helping him with his music.

He also dissed 50 by saying that no one listens to him anymore and that he even helped write 50’s introduction record “What Up Gangsta” on the highly successful and historically 15x platinum selling album “Get Rich or DIe Tryin’”, stating that he gave 50 the lyrics to his hook and certain lines in the song.

The Games’ manager, West Coast gang member and CEO of 100 Entertainment Wack 100 has also cosigned The Game’s claims in numerous clubhouse conversations where he talks with fans about numerous topics.

50 Cent appeared on Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club”, with DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God, quickly debunking those rumors stating, “we didn’t even know of him at the time.” He continued, “He’s doing things out of desperation. This is me on “How To Rob””, referring to 50’s attempt at promoting his music by dissing every major artist in the game early in his rap career with his infamous song “How To Rob” featuring the Madd Rapper.

Facts seem to support 50 Cent, as a reference track for the 5th song on The Games debut album “The Documentary” which 50 Cent co-produced leaked earlier last week with 50 Cent doing a version of his own.

In the reference track, the full hook to The Game’s version can clearly be heard being recorded by 50 Cent. He also says a line “I got the lolipop if you wanna lick, or you can take a ride on the magic stick”, which The Game also uses in his second verse to close it out before bringing the 50 Cent written hook back into the mix.

Although 50 Cent never did use that version, instead giving it to The Game to use for his album, 50 did create a similar rendition of the song for his “The Massacre” album, using the same drum pattern, but having Dr. Dre and Eminem create different instruments to come up with the original version of his song “Outta Control”.

The Massacre went on to sell over 12 million records worldwide and placed 50 Cent in legendary status with 2 diamond albums.

What do you guys think about this recent back and forth between The Game and 50 Cent? What version do you think was better between the “Higher” original vs the “Higher” reference track? What version was better between the “Higher” original vs the “Outta Control” record? Let us know in the comments section below.
