Tory Lanez’ Lawyers Calls For His Release After Kelsey Harris’ Bodyguard Speaks On New Evidence Proving She Shot Megan Thee Stallion

Tory Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson is recovering in an L.A. hospital, after recently being stabbed 14 times on a prison yard by another inmate currently serving life.

That is not stopping him in his attempt to fight for his freedom as his lawyers and his father, Sonstar Peterson have brought forth new claims that they believe exempt him from being convicted of the shooting that took place between he and Megan Thee Stallion back in 2022.

According to his lawyers, the third person involved in the incident, Kelsey Harris which was Megan’s best friend at the time is the one who fired the gun and shot her, and Tory actually tried to push the gun out of her hand.

All this information is said to have come from Harris’ bodyguard Bradley James who stated to Tory’s lawyers that he overheard conversations she’s had which she stated she had the gun and fired it 3 times.

Lanez’s father spoke up at a press conference and called on the mayor of California to pardon his son because he was never given a fair trial and believes this information should prove his innocence.

We send our wishes to Tory as he recovers from the stabbing incident and hope if he is innocent, that justice be served.
